Anyone can replicate it, just do a long-press on the P key. It switches to the Forms engine which is still not enabled, so for the time being just displays those bands. Long press P again will get you back to the stack. In the future this will cycle between open Forms programs. Forms is (or should I say will be?) the replacement for the INFORM engine.
