Hi Claudio,

as you pointed out, units in transcendental (and trigonometric) functions make sense only if the argument is adimensional.

To convince yourself, just remind that these functions can be expressed as a Taylor series (e.g. e^x = 1 + x + x^2/2 + ...) and you can see that if x had a unit attached, each term of the series would have a different dimension.
