Strange. I just re-checked the example:
45 SIN 0,5 √x –  =>  4,8336...E–17

And I can confirm what J.-F. said:
45 ENTER 1E-32 – SIN 0,5 √x – => –1 E–34
45 ENTER 1E-32 + SIN 0,5 √x – => +2 E–34
