I'm not sure if this is the exact item you're looking for, but there is a scan called HP-42S Manual Update in the MoHPC document set; the file name is /HPMUSEUM_V8/data/cd24/manuals/42manup.pdf. It covers the LINĪ£/LASTX and FCSTX bugs.
