DM42 Manual

Forgive this luddite, but is the DM42 manual available anywhere in an easily downloadable/printable package -- zip file or pdf? I'd like to print it out (the luddite part), but going through all the web pages one at a time would be, well ... not fun.

I converted the webpages to a PDF of the QRG (how's THAT for TLAs?) with bookmarks and working internal links. It's available at

Thanks for the link -- I was looking particularly for the DM42-specific system info, but . . . I love reading manuals, so I look forward to reading this one too.
