modsum(1e3) ==> 9110846700 (0.00 seconds)

modsum(1e5) ==> 3031782500 (0.57 seconds)
modsum(1e6) ==> 4077562500 (7.10 seconds)

I was going to write something to justify the glorious pentium 3 (coppermine and tualatin, great series. I have still some working for non intense applications) and to protest that are not 20 years old. But yes, 1998 is 20 years ago.

I am so old.
