Welcome to the Signal Operation Analysis Package (SOAP) Programmable Calculator Library. The routines you will find described in this volume are a subset of those used in the Fortran version of SOAP. Although the HP-97 is more limited in use than a high speed digital computert you will soon appreciate how much the HP-97 is going to increase your ability, speed and pleasure in solving your traffic engineering problems.
