quick reference cards for 41 navigation, aviation ROM?

Did HP create quick reference cards for the aviation and navigation roms for the '41?

I didn't see them on Warren's site and I thought the original cartridges came with the small cardboard stock reference foldouts?

Not to my knowledge.
I have both modules (with boxes, manuals, etc) and no QRG for them.

I can't say for the navigation ROM, but I bought the Aviation Pac new and sealed, back in the early 80's, and there was no quick reference.
