Added an example of a second-order linear ODE, and corrected an error in the GLV instructions.
Changed the names of the local variables in ODE to avoid name clashes; too lazy to do the REGS trick I used in RK4. Maybe later.
BTW all programs are attached in raw format in a zip file; there's no need to type anything in.
