Although no CMT front port RAM module is available right now on ebay.com, one module is normally available every month or so.
FYI, the last two CMT-32R modules were sold at around $200 USD + shipping/duty/taxes. (each)

eBay Sellers cedar--waxwing and jones.sebago.lake have both had large memory modules for the HP-71B up for sale recently.

I've sometimes had success by sending a PM to a Seller asking for something specific, and whether or not they might be willing to compromise a bit on the price.

A german seller on ebay has a bunch (3) of CMT front loading 32k modules
for a quite reasonable price - even offering a volume discounts.

Maybe he's willing or able to ship to the US.
