Advanced Graphing app sometimes fails to find POI

I noticed that the Advanced Graphing app fails to find extrema and inflections in the fairly basic function:

Y=e^(-X)*(X+3) or its inverse.

However, Y=2^(-X)*(X+3) and Y=3^(-X)*(X+3) work fine.

It seems to be an integer verses decimal issue as Y=2.001^(-X)*(X+3) also fails.

You may be right on that because:

Y=((419314/154257))^(-X)*(X+3)

works.

The bug seems to have been introduced early on in the firmware.

beta version 2013-11-20 (rev 5410) worked
