Can anyone recommend an XCopy equivalent for the Portable PLUS?

I cannot recommend it, but I found this on my Dec'92 Simtel20 MSDOS CDROM.
It says it needs MSDOS > 2.0

I've also found an XC.COM file on a 18 y.o. backup. Let me know if the previous one doesn't work.
