Calculator wont charge

I bought a HP Prime yesterday but it wouldn't charge. The calculator turned on when plugged in but would instantly turn off when unplugged and wouldn't turn back on. I tried a few things i found online and left it charging overnight but nothing worked. I returned it today and got a new one but it's doing the same thing. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or just getting unlucky with a bad batch.

Could be a faulty device with a battery (charging) issue.
Contact your supplier to discuss a return lof the device and a swift replacement.
