TI: Top of the line?
I’m excited to be the proud owner of a 30X Pro MathPrint. To quote The Pretenders, “Don’t get me wrong,” I’m looking forward to exploring the functionality of the 30X. Although, out of the Sharp and Casio models which Casio and Sharp models would be comparable to the 30X Pro Mathprint?

RE: TI: Top of the line?
According to me: Casio fx-991 ClassWiz (DE X or CE X) and Sharp EL-W506T/516T
The Sharp has a little bit more functions for matrix operations (det, trans, identity, fill, rand.mat, ref, rref) and can handle up 4×4 matrix and for random calulations (random number, random dice, random coins and random integers).
At the and I am using all three calcs (the 3rd is TI-30 Mathprint Pro) to get an ideal calculator :-D, but no.1 is ClassWiz

RE: TI: Top of the line?
Excellent!

What are the differences between Sharp’s 516T and the 516X? How many functions does each have?

What are the strengths of each model?

When the 30X Pro Mathprint comes in mid-December, I'll have the best of both worlds.

Thanks!
