HP Prime Simulator, SS410 and Fourier sensors

HP Prime Simulator, SS410 and Fourier sensors
Is is possible to run HP Prime Simulator on a PC and then attach SS410 data streamer with a Fourier sensor to the computer running it, as if it was a calculator? Will it work?
