CMT MC-II Repair

CMT MC-II Repair
I have a CMT MC-II that does not boot up. When the batteries are inserted the screen displays all black pixels when the contrast is cranked up.

It does not respond to any keyboard inputs.

Installed modules are MC-41M, MC-BASIC, 128k SRAM, MC-ROS.

Any suggestions?
