test - DE integrator beta version
test whether .raw files for DM42/HP42s can be attached

Conclusion: *.raw files must be renamed to e.g. *.hp for uploading, but must be converted back after downloading to *.raw for loading in DM42 or in the programming tool (standard hp42s style only)

You can also zip the .raw files and attach the zip file.
