Prime Diagnostic Menu
HP Prime diagnostic menu

To enter the "EA656 DIAGNOSTIC" Screen Menu:
press [F] + [C] + [O] keys while press and release pin reset to the back where 'O' is the capital letter 'O' and not the thinner number '0'.
inside the diag: [ESC] back, [O] stop test.

B DEEP MODE

C POWER OFF MODE (turn off power)

Simple soft reset (recovers keyboard control, restores most of RAM to the
state it was in at the last power-down, losing changes made in the current session:
press [On] + [Symbol] keys or using the Reset hole at the back of the unit.

Quick minor factory reset (clears most of memory, but maintains calculator name,
color theme, language):
press [Apps] + [Esc] keys and holding them while pressing the [On] key.

eg, [O] is that zero or Eval key with the O (ALPHA)
perhaps you could make this a little clearer.
