Canon Pocketronic II Charger CH-1
Dear All,

I was able to purchase a Pocketronic II, unfortunately without a power supply. Does anyone know how the plug of the associated power supply Canon CH-1 is assigned? Is the positive pole on the pin in the middle or outside?

Every hint is welcome - thank you in advance.

Best regards
Karl

RE: Canon Pocketronic II Charger CH-1
The manual says the charger model number is CH-1:

TIP: Look on eBay for pictures:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/223694211680

It is 15V center negative. Keep in mind that this will be an unregulated supply which will put out ~19V with no load. Charging the batteries will load the supply dropping the voltage to ~15V. Given that the guys above is selling NOS charges for $4 that might not be a bad option if you care in USA.

RE: Canon Pocketronic II Charger CH-1
Hi Jeff,

thanks a lot for your reply. The photo in the auction is a good hint, but the type of the charger is "CH-1A". What is the difference between the types "CH-1" and "CH-1A"?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards
Karl

Go to eBay and search for "Canon charger CH-1", compare the pictures. This will answer your question.
