HHC2023 Conference Hotel Shuttle info

This information is directed toward those HHC2023 Conference attendees who are arriving at Orlando International Airport [MCO] on Jetblue Airline or on international flights.

Jetblue and international flights arrive and depart through the new Terminal C. Previously the hotel's airport shuttle did not service Terminal C, and affected attendees would have been required to use airport transportation to pick up the hotel shuttle at either Terminal A or B.

The hotel shuttle now does service Terminal C for both pick-up and drop-off, however the hotel recommends still accessing the shuttle from Terminal A or B as it is faster.  So apparently you have a choice: Faster via Terminal A or B, or easier via Terminal C.

When you are ready to be picked up -- AFTER you have collected your luggage -- then call the hotel for pickup.  The number is on the Hotel information page at the Conference website. This page should be updated soon with this information.

The Hotel shuttle does not operate between 2:00AM and 4:00AM daily.
