PPC Journal Special Issue "C"

Hi,
I can't remember if this question had already been asked here, but just in case it hasn't, I'll ask now. Does anyone happen to own a copy of PPC Journal Special Issue "C" from 1981? I have "A", "B", "D" and "E", but "C" is a mystery.

Yeah, I saw it there, and a few of us requested it many months ago but couldn't get the librarian to get around to actually make a copy, so I gave up.

Bumping this post to try to get some new eyes on it... Still looking for Special Issue C.

It appears HPCC really does not have a copy in their library.
