Skins with RECT POLAR screen buttons for Free42/+42

I have modified a couple of skins to give a direct way to change between RECT and POLAR by touching the LCD annunciator area. Heavy complex number users will understand why.
(They also have 3 lines with Plus42)

mimax3n is for my phone (1080x2160) and just has larger finger touch areas for RECT and POLAR

Hofferth_N is for use with a mouse/computer, and lets you click on the annunciators to change DEG/RAD and RECT/POLAR and see MODES

These features would benefit from support of new annunciators DEG,RECT, POLAR which are in these layout files and skins. (In Free42, annunciators that are not in the layout file, don't show, and don't error)

The observant will notice the blue m,u,n,p in Hofferth_N. These are for when I eventually get around to hacking on Free42, and add the feature, where when the exponent E is pressed, and before any other key has been pressed, these keys will insert -3,-6,-9,-12 respectively. (Thanks MickM for the idea, I also am heartly sick of entering picofarads, but don't want dedicated keys)
