limit approaching e
Hi everyone,

Is there a way to find this limit such that the calculator returns the right answer (e) rather than 1?

lim x -> 0 of (1 + x^2)^(1/x^2)

Please see image attached, thanks.

RE: limit approaching e
In your attached image, you have the exponent outside the parentheses for the limit so it’s finding the limit and then applying the exponent. Try putting the exponent inside the closing parentheses rather than outside it.
