hp prime not holding app sequence

Whenever i change the app sequence on my hp prime, after some time the apps seem to be messed up. i dont know what the problem is

When you perform a soft-reset (e.g., On+Symb) or the device simply resets itself due to some bug, the order of applications in Fixed mode is forgotten.

Its been working for some time now. Another problem that i was facing is that whenever i plug my calculator in and open the connectivity kit the projection tab doesnt work, by that i mean whenever i click the projection tab it is just blank.
