RPN calculator on breadboard and logic gates

Hello, I came across this video series about creating an 8 bit breadboard computer using simple logic gates.
I wonder if anyone here has tried building a RPN style calculator on a breadboard like this.

I ordered some parts to start learning more about how a computer works and I am interested in trying to emulate how an HP RPN calculator would behave.

Here is another build at home serial 8-bit computer using TTL logic gates. It was designed around 1975. The zip file download includes the original article explaining how it works.
