Just to be clear, the HP 82166A HP-IL Converter Prototyping Kit includes two converters and a loopback eval board.
The 82166C HP-IL Interface Kit consists of four sets of components that can be used to build HP-IL interfaces.

There were also the 82166B which had ten converters and two version of 82166C were sold during the life of the product.

Look on FB for Henk Wervenbos - he had several NOS for sale a couple of months ago.. Maybe he is your friend
