Android Prime App - program location

I use the Android HP Prime app on my phone. I can't work out where to copy programs to that I download say from the hp forums of from hp museum. Its easy to find on the Windows version but where in the Android version?

I managed using HP Connectivity: I run it on my PC and I have the app on the phone recognize the wireless network that it generates (of course, phone and pc are on the same network)
