41c card reader motor "clutch" loose

41c card reader motor "clutch" loose
Hi Everyone,

What's the current thought on how to make a card reader motor clutch stay tight on the shaft, is it just a matter of gluing ? if so what's the recommended type of glue to use ?

It's not a clutch, it's a "vibration dampener"!
