Sharp PC-G850 and .ihx files

HI all,

I discovered this site with Japanese games for the Sharp PC-G850.
Here is one of it:

However, the downloaded files are .ihx files, and
I believe these are Intel HEX files, which like
uuencode/uudecode, tries to convert binary
files into text files to facilitate data transfer.

Does anybody now how to deal with them?
Also, does this imply that the PC-G850 pocket
computer cannot transfer binary files using
a USB-PC link ?
