saturnng, resurecting another HP 48 & 49g emulator for Linux

Hello, after x48ng (which is still maintained actively) I forked another old emulator: saturn, by Ivan Cibrario Bertolotti.

I started after finishing the new SDL2 GUI for x48ng. I finally had a good enough frontend to plug onto the core emulator. It went well and I had it running quickly.

The real breakthrough was when I tried again to run the hp49 mode with ROM 2.15 and it worked! The original X11 UI showed a popup for every warning which made it unusable but my GUI doesn't interrupt the user, the warning is only printed on stderr.

I also added the possibility to run a 48SX ROM.

There's still bugs in the emulation that need fixing but at least for my basic usage it's usable. I can play MINEHUNT there too.
