Why the CAS engine of HP prime is still 1.5.0

Why the CAS engine of HP prime is still 1.5.0
Is there a technical reason behind that the CAS version of HP prime is 1.5.0 whereas the latest version of XCAS is 1.9.0?

Just an observation based on perusing the revision log between XCAS 1.5 and 1.9 that, with a few exceptions, most of the revisions relate to either improved connectivity to other calculator models, or documentation, web or desktop issues unrelated to the Prime.
