Check Function from a Program

Check Function from a Program
Anyone know if it's possible to mark the checkbox for a function in the Function App from within a program? I know how to define a function, but I can't get it checked.

CHECK, UNCHECK, ISCHECK

(Look in your toolbox->app-><function_name> menu)
