Forum Time Stamp

Question to Dave:

Just curious - the forum time stamp is 15 hours ahead of my time (Eastern Standard Time). I would have thought GMT would be used.

Is it set to a particular time zone? And if so, why that particular time zone?

You can set it to your own in User_CP (near the top of the page) and then go to options.

Hi Terje,

Thanks for pointing me to the user_cp.

I now have the time set to EST. Perfect!

And wow - I didn't know there were so many options I could set.
I'll have to spend some time playing around with them.
