WP-31s Qt Emulators and a small change in the WP-34s ones

Hi,

I've built a set of distributions of the WP-31s Qt emulator, exactly like the one for the WP-31s: for Windows, OSX, Linux 32 bits & Linux 64 bits
They can be downloaded from:

They also integrate a new "modern" skin, once again like the WP-34s ones.
They may display a warning about a missing .dat file when launched the first time but this is harmless and should not reappear.

I've also changed the icons of the WP-34s Qt Emulator to match the iOS one and also to be more "modern".

As usual, do not hesitate to report bugs and in the future, to ask for new builds as I do not always follow all the firmware changes
