Mobile Hotspot (or Data SIM) for France

Hello!

Would any one have a recommendation for either a rental mobile hotspot, or a "Pay as you Go" data SIM card for France.

I will be there for two weeks, and would like a local data service providing fast (4G) connection, with large data bucket (preferably > 3GB).

If you have experience in this matter, please submit your recommendations (PAYG cellular service provider or Hot Spot rental provider).
