RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
Finally, after nearly 5 years the update of the HP-41 module database is available on my website HP-Collection.

The right part, in yellow is for all collectors to note your collectors inventory.

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
I renamed the .pdf so that is a) english and b) the same term as nounced in the forum here.
The newest version is actually 28th may. I had to wait for some weeks for latest "bugfixes" and informations concerning some overlays. I missed to update the date before publishing now. To keep it transparent I will NOT upload a new .pdf just to have a actual date. 28th may is actual.

I don't see this module in the list:

The P-3B Orion was a US Navy antisubmarine warfare aircraft. T5614 refers to the Rolls Royce Allison T56-A-14 turboprop engines, and NAVAIRDEVCEN is Naval Air Development Center.

These are not listed as well:

DRILPRO v1.5 #1 and #2. There's a nice description in the eBay listing.

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
It looks, that the "P-3B Orion" is the same module as my "Lockheed P-3B/C APAC 82". It shows the same CAT2, even mine is a MEPROM and not a normal ROM with a 82500-code.

The HP82500B-A33 module is a 8k module, the P-3B/C APAC 82" is a 12k CMT EPROM module that contains one additional page with software. I added both modules in my database - see next update.

Indeed, Lockheed did make the P3B Orion aircraft. Is the 12K version EPROM module a homebrew module which some user modified to add his own programs, or did this one also from the US Navy like the others?

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
No, it doesn't seems to be homebrew. The labels look professional. I guess it's programmed by CMT

RE: Update of HP-41 module liste
Apologies for being so late to the party.

I have the Joe Rigdon's WPN Effects ROM (and associated items). If anybody can provide a useful suggestion for what I should do with it :-) , let me know.

It seems that other copies of this item are scarce at best, so if you would like some info regarding it please send me a message. It's a pretty cool yet appalling artifact, so I really appreciate it.

Is that ROM appalling (due to it's nature) or appealing (due to it's nature)?

If you'd be willing to lend it to an active 41C advanced user that lives near you, and said user could grab a copy of the ROM to an image, and share it via TOS for all to enjoy.

Short of that, a possible useful suggestion is you could donate to someone... like me Smile (joking)

I would like to add it to the 41CL image. PM sent.

Off-topic: I know a physicist who worked in the A division at LLNL, where they design the secondary (fusion part) of a bomb. I once talked to him about the 41CL and he told me that LLNL issued the HP-15C to the scientists in the division, which I thought was interesting.

Just the sort of Advanced 41 User I had in mind....

When in the USAF at the Ballistic Missile Office, 41s were used for effects calculations all the time. It seems the 41 really was "the bomb" [Ouch].
