USER VARIABLES improvements

USER VARIABLES improvements
by pressing [VARS] missing feature, 8: USER VARIABLES
next menu says [CAS] and if show user cas variables

now
by pressing [TOOLS] I think the menu [USER vars] should be on [VARS] menu


or

[VARS] menu

[HOME] (System vars)
[USER] (user vars)
[CAS] (cas vars)
[APP] (app vars)
[VALUE]
[OK]

[TOOLS] menu
[MATH]
[APP]
[CAS]
[]
[CATALOG]
[OK]
