W & W Masterface ( Advanced Pac Screen )

There is a rare HP IL graphics interface, the W & W Masterface ( derived from the Advanced PacScreen 2.0 Interface ), and it came with a disk containing programming examples. Some of the files are listed in the manual, but not all, unfortunately.
I recently acquired the interface, but without the disk. Is there anyone on the planet who has got the example files?
