VisiCalc series 80 software

I have a HP series 80 VisiCalc program with all the documentation (cartridge). I used it years ago when my employer was implementing statistical process controls. To my knowledge the original program was probably copied for use in the plant because it looks like new. I would appreciate any information regarding it's value. It is for sale. Thanks.

Is the documentation a hard copy or on a CD?

The documentation is a binder style book, the cartridge is in the clear plastic box. The seal on the plastic pouch that the cartridge comes in has not been broken but it has been cut to gain access.
