HP-97 printer middle gear
Hi all,
I recently picked up a very nice HP-97, but it had the infamous printer middle gear cracked. It actually broke at me at my first attempt to operate the printer. I have read that about a year ago several members have joined together to have a very good aluminum alternative produced, but I haven't been able to locate the seller. If any member here has a spare gear that he or she would be willing to sell me it would be greatly appreciated. I live in Italy. Thanks in advance, Paolo |

RE: HP-97 printer middle gear
Hi Paolo,
I was the member that got the "band together". I have a couple gears left. I'd sell you one if no one else has any left. BTW, if others are interested, I'd buy a few again. We would need to get at least 50 gears ordered to make it worth it. |

RE: HP-97 printer middle gear
The last order was for 50 pieces. It doesn't look like we are close to that.
I've asked the machine shop for a per price cost for a 25 piece order. 50 pcs was about $10 each. |
