Help with WPF and XAML Programming!!

I have to confess that I am guilty of ignoring the progress in Windows programming in the last few years. I still use Windows Forms to build my apps. Recently, I began to study WPF programming and XAML. I do feel overwhelmed!

Anybody out there uses WPF and XAML??? If yes, what study and reference resources would you recommend? Books? Web sites? Training videos? I am looking for good material that you recommend.

I already did. Most of the links are old and/or offer little information. XAML and WPF references are massive!!
