firmware update problem

Hi to everyone,
I'm trying to update the firmware but when I go on hp connectivity kit and tip on check for update it lets me select the update of firmware and the new version of the software but when download reaches the 100% nothing happen, so any suggestion? thanks for the help

Try going here, http://ftp.ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/, and use the connectivity kit install then push the pudate through it.

I received a network error when trying to download from the FTP site using Chrome but succeeded with FireFox.

Thanks rgallier I solved using firefox , i don't know why but chrome gave me error.
