Question: What Serial Number returns your simulator [HP-Prime Virtual Calculator]
in my case A5970513DC167FE
VERSION() [Enter] returns -> "HP Prime Graphing Calculator Software Version: 2016 04 14 (10077) Hardware Version: Emu CAS Version: 1.1.2-11 Serial Number: A5970513DC167FE Operating System: Windows 10 Pro © 2016 HP Development Company, L.P." Please inform me that serial returns on your HP-Prime Virtual Calculator, is the same A5970513DC167FE or different? Thanks in advance |

It is then stored in a file and used during communication to identify the device in a unique manner to the connkit. The reason for storing in the file is so that it will not try to make a new one each time the emulator starts up. Only the hardware will have a unique number different then any others.
