Terminal View (I/O)

I am emulating the terminal view of the hp-prime, with the advantage of printing

0: prettyPrint (math textbook)
1: Font change (8/7/6) pixels
2: printing of GROBS
3: printing of Text strings into several lines
4: popups (choose, and menus)

I wish on a future that is feature is included in new RPL =)
