I am looking for an non-working HP-67 in hope that is has a good CPU.

The new ACT can be used itself to repair an HP-67, it is a good HP-67 CPU but it cannot handle the card reader. Indeed I promised to develop an HP-19C replacement chip and didn't accomplish yet.
