firmware
I finally got a new position at work where I need to use a calculator again and dusted off the HP Prime. I installed the connectivity kit and updated the calculator in Windows 10. The hardware HP Prime calculator updated itself to software version: 2016 08 29 (10637) but the software virtual calculator updated itself to version: 2016 12 08 (11226).

Any ideas why the real calculator will not update to the latest firmware ?

Thx

Mike

You have the latest of both; the firmware is slightly behind the virtual version.
