Firmware update 20161208 problem
Hello,
I have 20160829 firmware and I want to upgrade to 20161208. I have the connectivity kit installed and up to date, as I should. I connect my Prime to my pc (Windows 10 x64bit) and start the firmware update. As soon as it reaches 100%, the the connection is lost. The Prime reboots and enters the Recovery mode. The usb plug is USB 3.0, however the same thing happens in an old pc with old USB types. I even tried a different cable. In previous updates I didn't have any problem. I saw the some instructions but nothing seems to be like the steps mentioned there. I don't see the same thing in the Device Manager as explained here. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04674521 Help me please because I need it for my exams |
