I just got it, and it is very slow in response for me...it works, but the key response is very slow...

What Windows version are you using? I've only been able to test on Win7.

Ok, processing speed should not be a problem. I have a work colleague here who has a win10 machine so I will test with him.

Button down requires some processing and may be slow, button up should be immediate. Is that the case on your computer?

cheers

I just tried it again, and it is much faster entering the digits, but a final result is still slow. .if I hit 7 ENTER 8, that is fast, but when I hit multiply it is slow...the printer works but the LED result does not light up until the printer finishes printing...then after a delay the LED show the result...

That series of calculators does turn off the display while printing, except it appears, when printing the answer, ie when the *** appears on the paper.

Have you adjusted the printer speed, if it is set to defaults it may be a bit slow.

Right click the calculator, select [Printer][Print Head Speed]

I tested the program on two different Win 10 machines, a general one, and a high performance one used for video processing with a 4K screen. Both worked ok.

cheers
