Assumptions on parameters HP Prime

Hi,
I'm trying to solve a non numeric inequation with lot of parameters using solve function, the calculator displays "Warning! Solving parametric inequations requires assumptions on parameters otherwise solutions may be missed. The solution of the equation are..."
How can I make assumptions on parameters? How can I clear all parameter?
