It would seem that the 82912A and 82913A monitors are rebadged NEC monitor. It was not uncommon for computer companies to do this. Sony monitors where rebadged and sold by HP, IBM, SUN, DEC, SGI, and likely others. Panasonic was also a big manufacturer of CRT display units for other companies. In some cases the shell of the display was designed by the company selling the display but the electronics inside are manufactured by a third party.
